New app: Animal Puzzle Collection!

Hello there,

after a longer hiatus I am back at working on apps for Biondoo Games. I have almost finished my newest one: Animal Puzzle Collection!

It is intended for young children and features 50 puzzles featuring real animals. The puzzles each consist of 9 parts. It will come out later this week. The free version will include 10 puzzles, and you will be able to buy the full version for 1.99 $US via an In-App purchase.

I am really happy with the graphic design, as I am still learning to work with Inkscape and Gimp, and I think the menues turned out pretty decent. What do you think? Here are some screenshots!

Cute Animal Life: Problem with latest Update, fix already on its way

I’ve accidentially uploaded the wrong app file to the Google Play store. I am very sorry and hope it doesn’t cause too much trouble. Another update is already on its way and it is my hope that it will fix everything again.

Working on my second app, here is some art!

Hey there,

I hope you are all fine and had a nice weekend. The weekend sale of Cute Animal Life, my first app for children, is over and it’s been a great  success with many downloads and much exposure to children worldwide. I will definitely do something like this again in the future!

Meanwhile, work on my second app is progressing nicely and I have an early prototype ready. Why not have a look at two screen mockups? :)

The art isn’t finalized, especially the letters still need some work. But all in all things shape up nicely. The app features 25 animals. Children will be able to learn their names and learn the letters of the alphabet, all delivered with a warm, female voice.

I hope to have the app out this week, so stay tuned for some more screenshots and infos later!

Cute Animal Life: Another screenshot!

Hey all,

hope you had a fine weekend!

Work on Cute Animal Life continued and now I can proudly present a screenshot of the final scene, animals back at home! :)
As always, feedback would be much appreciated. I really hope you like what you see!

There is still much to do. I plan to record lots of speech samples to improve the game, for example. But as things shape up nicely, I think the final game will go live this month! :)
Until then, why not try the free demo and maybe rate it in the market if you like it?

much work has been done and I think it’s time for another update for you, dear readers! I’ve finished the next scene. This time your little ones can travel to the desert to watch and listen to lion, lizard, vulture, and others! Here’s a screenshot, hope you like it! Cute Animal Life: Jungle scene completed!

Hey there,

welcome back to the Biondoo Devlog! It’s been a busy week and there was much to do, so progress wasn’t as fast as I thought. Still, the game progresses nicely as the third scene is completely finished by now. Why not have a look?

What do you think? I hope you like it! Of course there are some hidden animals and animations, but you have to find these yourself when the game goes live! :)

Welcome to the Jungle

Hey there,

I hope you like the update for Cute Animal Life which I’ve uploaded yesterday. Is everything working okay on your devices? Let me know if there are any problems and I’ll try to fix them asap. Also, if you like my app, consider writing a review on Google Play and tell others about your experiences! :)

That said, work on additional scenes continues as planned. Background art for the 3rd scene is almost ready, maybe I will change minor things here and there. Do you want to take a look?  Here you are.

What do you think? As always, honest opinions appreciated. Criticism or suggestions are always welcome. :)
By the way, I’m doing my art exclusively in Gimp and Inkscape. :)

Cute Animal World 1.05

The new version of Cute Animal Life is up on the Google Play store!

"Get Cute Animal Life for Toddlers on Google Play"

Hopefully everything works out okay and you can download the new version without problems. I’ve fixed several things and changed others. The app should be more responsive now. I’ve also included a new splash screen which loads faster than the old one. Hope you like it!

Most importantly, I’ve included the second scene. You can now explore the oceans! I’ve had problems creating fitting sounds for most of these animals, as most of them aren’t big talkers. But I think I’ve managed to create some really funny and/or cute ones. Would love to get your feedback on this!

As of now, the free part of the app is finished. Next up are three new scenes, which you will be able to buy for a small fee. Stay tuned! And meanwhile, why not download Cute Animal Life on Google Play and tell me what you think? :)
